PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, 2025 FOR BANKS
No. GS/26/2024/JSR/2024/605/GH:- In pursuance of the explanation to section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, (XXVI of 1881) read with the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs No. 39/1/68-Judl.III dated the 8th May, 1968, the Government of Gujarat, in consultation with Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad is pleased to declare the following days to be Public Holidays for banks in Gujarat during the year 2025.
